Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in our beautiful, family-oriented, island-based English language academy.
As founder and director of TEA Rapa Nui – The English Academy, I am honored to be mentoring and guiding our students towards excellence and success.
Currently, we service a diverse population of around 250 students. Our services are highly inclusive and, as such, we are proud to educate everyone and anyone interested in English, regardless of age, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and learning style/challenges.
Our main goal at TEA Rapa Nui – The English Academy is to utilize English as a tool that not only propels students towards academic success, but also helps shape them as positive and constructive members of the local and global community.
We take pride in being highly committed to providing the very best to each and every student — from our infrastructure, to our educators, and our methodology.
We give our best, do our best and expect the best.
It is important, however, to balance this work ethic with fun, engaging and dynamic classes, which we have deeply inserted into our curriculum. For example, our academic content is complemented with a variety of electives (Nutrition & Cooking, Arts & Crafts, Yoga & Meditation), as well as many collaborative activities with other schools and businesses based locally and abroad. Each year, we also invite our students on intensive travel abroad programs to the United States of America.
We are truly so thrilled to be serving the Rapa Nui island community.

Our mission is to consistently provide the highest quality of English language education to all members of the community so as to support and stimulate the pursuit of higher education and long-term educational goals.

Vision Statement
TEA Rapa Nui - The English Academy strives to offer students living in Rapa Nui equal access to English language education of the upmost quality with classes specially designed to be dynamic, interactive, fun and engaging. We hope to prepare and motivate students to pursue higher education and continue having positive and successful educational experiences.
